Business Research
Working with clients to understand their business goals, challenges & opportunities to define product value proposition.
Product Conceptualization
Exploring ideas and solutions for key challenges, prototyping solutions & validating assumptions, to form product concept, structure and key features.
Product Roadmapping
Mapping product concept, structure and key features with product business strategy, targeting condition and current stage to propose product roadmap.
Business Modelling
Systemizing and visualizing key concepts (including workflow, domains, object state, etc.) to help model the product and explain how it will be implemented and operated.
Requirement Analysis
Working closely with client and product team to facilitate, communicate and negotiate functional & non-functional requirements to ensure they add value to the product.
